Conflict Happens

Dealing with conflict is a part of life. I have seen it through my job, jaycees, or personally. How its dealt with affects the outcome. I don't think it can be averted but can be minimized. Recognize conflict, measure the impact good or bad, and use strategies to set goals and communicate effectively. President Denice had a presentation on resolving conflict presented at state prresidents training. I would recommend the training to any chapter looking to build professional development training.

Just drop me a note and I would be happy to set something up!

This training was outstanding. It actually came in handy the weekend after the Leadership Academy. I was glad that I was in that training, it helped me deal with my conflicts. I would highly recomend this to others as well!
